Product Description
This machine tool is suitable for processing various non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and some non-metallic materials with
high-speed steel tools and carbide tools.
The following processing procedures can be completed on the machine tool:
a. Turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces and planes; various curved surfaces;
b. Turning inner and outer conical surfaces;
c. Grooving and cutting;
d. Drilling, reaming and reaming
The large castings of this machine tool use high-quality resin sand casting technology, and after rough machining, heat aging
treatment is carried out to scientifically eliminate internal stress; the sliding surface of the machine tool is plasticized, which
improves the wear resistance by more than 5 times and increases the accuracy of the guide rail. The sliding seat uses an
independent automatic centralized lubrication device, and the electrical components use the international famous electric.
The spindle bearing uses the D-class bearing.
