Performence Features:
The machine is suitable for machining the straight gear, spiral gear, cylindrical gear and worm wheel etc.
The herringbone gear without recess can be machined by end milling cutter and in cooperation with
reversing mechanism.
 1. The end milling cutter used for single gear indexing and disc milling cutter used for automatically cycle machining and also
for single gear indexing by single button.
2. The accuracy is not less than 7 grade by gear hobbing process and 8 grade by single gear indexing.
3. The table centering is by means of hydrostatic bearing and press oil supplied through gear oil divider.
The single worm transmitting used for Y31500 machine and there are two mate setting washes.
4. Main motor is DC motor and adopting V57silicon speed control system.
5. The double pitch worm used for machine then no necessary to adjust the worm in radial and get good mating condition.
6. The machine is controlled by programmable controller and makes the all automatic cycling process variable and reliable.
