1.Bed Structure: 
The product X/Y/Z is mounted on top for movement,with the linear axis performance 
unaffected by changes in workpiece load,offering optimal dynamic operation;the rotary axis  
AC does not overlap with the linear axes XYZ,preventing the precision of thelinear axis from 
amplifying the precision of the rotary axis,thus meeting higher precision requirements for the 
rotary axis,suitable for high-precision product processing equipment;
 

2.Pneumatic System:

Designed and manufactured by SMCP neumatics,the components
used are products of SMC.This system delivers suitable air sources to various actuating
elements through pneumatic components installed on the control panel,achieving functions such
as blowing chips during spindle release and tool pulling,pneumatic sealing of the front bearing
of the spindle,pneumatic loosening and clamping of the A and C axes of the rotary table,and
pneumatic sealing of the spindle bearing of the A axis of the rotary table.Air source
requirements:pressure 0.7~0.8MPa,flow rate≥120L/min.
 

3.Hydraulic System:

Professionally designed and manufactured,it provides reliable power,
stability,and reliability for the main spindle loosening and cutting mechanism.It is equipped
with a pressure maintenance device to prevent safety accidents in case of power failure. The
system pressure of the hydraulic stationis 7MPa,with a fluctuation range of ±1MPa.The
hydraulic oil grade is HLP46,and the oil tank capacity is 3.9L.
 

4.Lubrication system :

The spindle bearing is lubricated by grease.Before the spindle leaves the factory,the grease is pre-buried in the spindle and does not need maintenance for a short period of time. When replacing the spindle bearing,new lithium-based grease needs to be re-buried.

5.Coolant System:
This machine tool uses the external circulation pump of the precision water cooler to  
deliver one stream of coolant to the spindle cooling sleeve for cyclic cooling of the spindle
section,while another stream of coolant is delivered to the A-axis servo motor and C-axis
torque motor for cyclic cooling.The return water is filtered and condensed before being reused.
The cooling medium used includes pure water,water solutions with less than 25% ethylene
glycol,water solutions with less than 10% ethanol,and water solutions with standardand
specification-approved additives.When the coolant level falls below the specified amount,it
must be replenished promptly.Regular checks should be conducted to ensure there are no
leaks or seepage in the pipes.The cooling system is equipped with low-level alarm switches
and flow switches, when the circulation system is short of water or leaks,the control system will get an alarm signal,so that the operator can perform maintenance.
The machine tool is equipped with a set of water purification tanks,mainly including
water gun pumps,external ring spray cooling pumps,high-pressure water pumps for the
spindlecenteroutlet,andpaperbagfiltrationsystems.Theringspraypumpisusedtodeliver
coolant to the external ring cooling unit at the end of the spindle,achieving cooling functions
for both the tool and workpieces in the machining area;the high-pressure pump is used for
central water cooling of the tool,suitable for boring,gun drilling,and other machining
methods.Chip and coolant are conveyed from the chip conveyor chain plate at the bottom of
themachinetooltothechipcollectiontrolleyontheleftsideofthemachinetool.The
coolant returns to the cooling water tank,under goes two stages of filtration,and is then
Pumped into the paper bag filtration system by the lift pump in the water purification tank.
The added coolant must be a water-based emulsion that is non-corrosive and harmless.

6.Machine Cover:
This machine adopts the whole machine protection,the protective cover has the functions of
safety,waterproof and chip prevention,the protective door is equipped with electronic lock
function,the protective top is installed with safety alarm light,the whole machine is designed
beautifully,safe and ergonomic.

7.Chipconveyorsystem: 
The machine tool is equipped with a chassis chip removal system and an external chain plate
chip removal machine and a chip accumulation trolley.

9.CNC turntable:
This machine tool's CNC rotary worktable a dopts a dual-axis direct-drive turntable,with the
worktable rotating in a C-axis and A-axis oscillating structure.Its worktable surface and base
are made of high-strength cast iron,providing extremely high rigidity.The central support
bearing is a high-precision composite bearing dedicated to the turntable.The A-axis torque
motor drives directly,and the C-axis also uses a direct-drive torque motor,ensuring smooth
transmission and high rigidity.The turntable clamping system employs pneumatic grippers,
