1.This lathe is apply to machining of all industries.Rough and finish machining of inside &outside cylindrical surface,circular conical surface, end face.
2.Worktable main spindle adopts high precision and adjustable radial clearance biserial short cylindrical roller bearing to centering.Axial direction  adopts CC hydrostatic guideway,worktable have the   features of high running accuracy,big bearing  capacity,small  thermal deformation.
3.Pedestal,worktable,lathe body and crossbeam castings are use gray cast iron by tempering,relieving of internal tress and
non-deformation, so they are high strength,fine wear-resisting property.
4.The vertical tool post have two forms,square ram and manual pentagon turrets.Side tool post is equipped with square turrets,two tool posts all use hydraulic balance.
5.The lathe main spindle drive is drive by AC motor,I6 steps main spindle speed change mechanism to achieve the worktable range of speed.
6.According to user needs,can increase the digital display,electric grinding head and the attachment for turning taper,slide parts
all auto lubrication.
7.Vertical column,cross beam guideway all use high-frequency quenching,and the quenching hardness HRC48-55.
